Friend of mine works for a bank that just got bought out by a larger bank and they actually asked her to write a description of what she does. Was bummed when I found out she didn’t write the same thing as Lester. Missed opportunity.

Clarification from reading older comments. Brad is not his boss! Brad is an efficiency expert trained to weed out employees. Having spent 40+ years working in various sizes of public and private entities, these so-called experts are just tools hired by companies to do the management dirty work. I would love to have the opportunity to give this response.

I liked this movie but there was some disturbing parts. Some confusing parts. And some sad parts.

You wonder how much they were paying this efficiency expert. They should have just gotten rid of him or not hired him in the first place. Instead they chose to cut from the senior team.
Brad is so typical of so many bosses. Lester had been there for 14 years and this guy Brad had only been there’s month. They should have just gotten rid of Brad or not even hired him in the first place instead of hiring him and the deciding to do budget cuts.
