  4. this is so scientifically absurd it's hard to know where to start. fruit is associated with all kinds of health benefits. fruit consumption is associated with LOWER risk of developing diabetes. you expect this type of superficial misunderstanding from a low carb blog not a professional scientist. embarrassing. avoid refined carbs (i.e. artificial products) not natural foods.

  5. That Chinese guy is a Atkins style proponent, self described meat addict. If you follow this stupidity, you will ruin your health. Fruit has value because it cuts your protein and fat, both of which lead to accelerated aging. The diet should be more whole starchy staples and vegetables but fruit can be part of it. Ideally, get rid of meat, dairy, fish from diet.

  7. My brother ate a huge amount of fruit when he was a kid, so much so that we had 3 fruit bowls in the house and needed to top up halfway through the week. The dentist complained and said that he should eat less lollies, he didn't believe us when we said he hardly ate any, and that it was all fruit! I suppose it was the combination of acid and sugar.

  8. 2 apples have the same sugar content as a can of soft drink? maybe but they also come with some nutritional benefits (vitamins and fiber). UNLIKE COKE!

  10. Or you can neutralise the harmful effects by adding a little yeast and producing a product that is healthy, makes you more attractive and a better driver but also auto regulates against over consumption by being a natural emetic.

  11. Interesting i once wondered when i was a child why grapes had a lot of calories for being grapes lol because they are a fruit i thought the calorie intake would be zero.
