  1. Try to accept the problem

    Actually acceptance does not mean,
Accept whatever is wrong and let it go as it is.

Rather, acceptance means that things which are not under your control, which you cannot control, accept them.

There is something out of control, such as our mind.

the mind cannot be controlled, but it can be given the right direction, so at this time we are studying it to give the right direction to the mind.

Our first right step would be to accept, just accept whatever is happening with us at this moment, no matter how good or how bad it is.

For example, suppose you want to go to the South, and you have caught the way to the North, will you ever be able to go in the South direction?

But if you accept that you are going to the north while you have to go to the south, then you might go in the right direction,
So whatever the moment is, accept it.

Think what if you did not accept your problem, if we do not accept our problem then our problem will turn into

  2. "It is not the overall situation that you need to accept when you surrender, but just the tiny segment called the Now. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU WERE STUCK IN THE MUD somewhere, you wouldn't say: "Okay, I resign myself to being stuck in the mud." Resignation is not surrender. You don't need to accept an undesirable or unpleasant life situation. Nor do you need to deceive yourself and say that there is nothing wrong with being stuck in the mud. No. You recognize fully that you want to get out of it. You then narrow your attention down to the present moment without mentally labeling it in any way. This means that there is no judgment of the Now. Therefore, there is no resistance, no emotional negativity. You accept the "isness" of this moment. Then you take action and do all that you can to get out of the mud. Such action I call positive action. It is far more effective than negative action, which arises out of anger, despair, or frustration. Until you achieve the desired result, you continue to practice surrender by refraining from labeling the Now."

  3. I thank the universe for Eckhart Tolle!! EVERYONE should listen to what he has to say IMO, itd be very beneficial to each n every person listening.

  4. Incredibly grateful for you Eckhart, that you are here with us all and share these beautiful elevating messages. It never fails, I always hear exactly what I need that moment to keep me going in my journey to surrender… Meanwhile it almost feels like you are a friend I go visiting every single day, especially when I need your presence to help me feel mine and connected.

  5. Maybe I am among "the exceptions from the rule",
because – NOT excepting the present, make me
    look for other solutions.
So – at least for me: What you suggest – would be stagnation.
